I'm inviting you along my journey… so that I may share specific techniques through Mindfulness, Law of Attraction, and Self Realization which have lead me to a life free of fear. A life abounding with contentment, joy, peace, compassion, empathy and love! I've learned how to manifest the life I desire while staying present and mindful, and I wish to help you achieve this same level of understanding... leading to a fulfilling & astonishing LIFE!

Navigating through the period after my wife's passing was a journey which allowed my soul and spirit to evolve in endless ways. At one point my life was flooded with anguish, hate, suffering and fear... but investing years of my life into reflection, research, meditation, and physical wellbeing has utterly transformed my mind and heart. Granting me the ability to perceive my reality in a way which ushers in peace, purpose, joy and a deep sense of love.

our story
Jessica Marie & I were inseparable for over a decade, she was my entire adult life, and we embodied a modern, fairytale relationship. Seven years dating - plenty of time to iron out some kinks, two more engaged, a successful health & wellness business, two adorable little pups, the dream wedding in Costa Rica, and frozen embryos patiently awaiting fulfillment. Our earthly relationship was cut short after cancer won the battle with Jessica’s body… but her spirit won the war.
This was the beginning of a story, a love story vastly different than traditional tales of adoration and passion. One of two soulmates, tethered between differing realms, yet eternally united. My grief over her passing was blinding, but Jess guided me through that grief into illumination, peace, and liberation. And so now I’m here to share some stories of my own... while teaching what I’ve learned along the way. What better way to honor my Beloved than to honor our love in all that I do…in all that I am.
